This is a 30 minute general phone or zoom consultation, to answer any questions you may have from hiring designers to shopping for materials on your own, this is the time to determine if professional design services are a fit.
| Concept Meeting | $250 |
This is an in-person soon meeting to help you develop a realistic budget, provide material selection and appliance guidance, cabinet vendor suggestions, timelines and evaluate the return on investment. This fee applies to the Design Package if ordered.
| Concept Package | $1500+ |
The concept package includes an accurate 3D space diagram with appliances, materials, cabinets and fixtures generally represented, a concept board and one revision per area. The package is yours to keep and delivered in PDF.

Drafting / Space Planning | $50 LF |
Conceptual construction documents developed to support the visualization and installation of your project. PDF documents include accurate 2D space plans, 3D perspectives, and vendor-specific elevations.
Material selections | $150/ HR |
The material selection process results in the production of a complete shopping list by vendor, of the items needed to complete your project, ready to be passed to the contractor of your choice.
Design Package | $ per job |
This includes the concept package, drafting package, material selection, and mechanical drawings ready for architectural review. Package is delivered in both high-resolution PDF and compressed formats.

Cabinet Order Placement | $50 LF |
Every cabinet vendor is unique, accurate cabinet orders are the result of experience and attention to detail. Start reducing rework, eliminating delays, saving time and money, and increasing customer satisfaction.
Merchandise Order | $150/ HR |
We have long standing relationships with manufactures and vendors from across the spectrum of design and construction services. We can spec products for your home direct from the suppliers.
